12 Soul Powers
These timeless lectures, recorded live at Unity of Vancouver
in 1996, five years before the Rev. Anderson’s transition,
demonstrate the clarity, accessibility and transformative power
of his work. In them, he focuses on the idea of each soul power,
because, as he often reminded us, from a metaphysical perspective,
everything in creation begins as an idea. The power, in fact,
is in the idea itself. Our work, then, is not about exerting
these powers in a direct way to produce positive changes in
our lives. Rather, it is about creating an orderly, balanced
consciousness through which divine ideas can express. This produces
authentic spiritual growth, a new level of self-awareness and
a new level of creative expression.

Creative Process provides a spiritual framework for
discovering our inner resources and authentic life purpose.
We are led, stage by stage, to new levels of self-knowledge
and creativity and are given a systematic way to clarify our
values, goals and vision - and practical suggestions about
how to live in ways that support our dreams.
In this course, as in the 12 Soul Powers (Metaphysical Lessons,
Vol. 1), Rev. Anderson reminds us that everything in creation
begins as an idea and that the resources required to bring
the idea to fruition are inherent in the idea itself. And
we, as co-creators, are the means through which God's divine
idea become manifest in the material world.
